I Love Diamonds!

First, I LOVE diamonds! It’s just not necessary to have one to buy real estate. I started this blog and am writing my book, You Don’t Need A Diamond To Buy Real Estate, to help single women of all ages learn how to find, purchase, and finance real estate — whether it’s her 1st or 5th property!

My credentials: more than a decade in the real estate finance industry, I’ve owned my owned businesses and inspired many to create what we all hoped to be long term wealth and security through real estate. I purchased my first property as a single gal at age 24. I refinanced my last property a few years ago — single again — although this time just a bit older and divorced!
